Pumpkins are pretty exciting! My birthday is in October so I love everything pumpkin flavored. but i was under the impression that you only make pumpkin flavored things from the small pumpkins. What type are cinderella pumpkins? Big ones for carving, or smaller ones for pies and fudge and whatnot?

I don't know what Cinderella are used for. Probably only decoration. They are fairly large - no county fair prize winners - but large.
